The Actual Veggies Wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Actual Veggies burger of your choice
  • Spinach
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Large spinach tortilla
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ Cup tahini
  • 1 Tsp. olive oil
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • Salt and pepper
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the Actual Veggies Burger.
  • While the burger cooks, take the garlic and olive oil and cook in a saute pan over med-low heat until lightly browned. Transfer to a mixer and add the lemon juice and tahini. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add water to thin. Salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
  • Once your burger is cooked, assemble the wrap by heating the tortilla until pliable. Spread a small amount of the sauce on the tortilla, then layer the patty, spinach, sprouts, and avocado. Fold the outside edges in, and roll tight. Slice in half for easy enjoyment!
